    staff seemed nice over the phone but were quite awkward when we dropped the dogs off. They didnt show any interest in our dogs, didnt pat them or anything- just took the leads and walked off. When we retrieved the dogs they were both extremely dehydrated (it was 1030 in the morning), and both have a lot of fur missing and scraped off from the back of their front legs (at the elbow joints)- as we werent shown the kennel the dogs were staying in then we can only guess as to why they are like this. If your business is to care for dogs then I would expect you to be affectionate to them and have interest in them.

    Friendly staff, great service, my pets are always happy to go there and they love the staff.
